The Wildsome is a small company run by Joey Jones and Emily Ackner. We really appreciate you taking the time to check us out. We would like you to know that we are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence in the way we work. Google Analytics

When someone visits we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect details of visitor behaviour and patterns. We do this to find out things such as which are the most visited areas of our site. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. Mailing list

When someone signs up to receive our newsletter we collect their personal information. We collect names, email addresses and interests relating to the activities that we provide. We use the newsletter to update people about upcoming courses and special offers. We never rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses. We use a third party provider, Mailchimp, to deliver our newsletter. We use the industry standard analytics on Mailchimp to gather statistics about email opening and clicks, in order to monitor and improve my newsletter. We use this information to contact people if there is a course that we think might be of interest. Booking information

The personal information requested by The Wildsome at the time of booking plus any subsequent information is required to assist The Wildsome to deliver the course in keeping you safe and making sure you have fun, and in maintaining the company’s high standards of delivery.

Content creation

We may use photography and video content taken during our courses or activities on our social media sites and in other publicity material. If customers do not wish to be photographed please raise this with The Wildsome at the time.
